ADMISSION

For undergraduate and post graduate courses is open for all foreign students, who are fulfilling the eligibility criteria and of the respective country, from 1st April to 1st September of every year.

APPLICATION and REGISTRATION

The dully filled up forms along with the attested photocopies of required documents shall be submitted through the Manchester Education Consultants. Admission will be confirmed only after counseling/screening of the documents/application form of candidate

Note : No admissions will be entertained through unauthorized persons or agents.

INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT

Valid for at least Two years month (normally student visa is a single entry visa valid for twelve months, but if you have not extended your passport validity visa duration will be shorter where possible or application will not be accepted if passport has expired or close to expire at the date of application). Please, allow at least one empty page for visa.

APPLICATION FORM

If you choose to collect a paper application form at the Embassy and submit it on the same day, please, keep in mind that you have to fill in it carefully, clearly and precisely, so you may wish to spend some time for this purpose. Application form must be filled in and signed personally by the applicant.

ORIGINAL INVITATION

When you receive an invitation make sure there are no mistakes and typos: your name, date of birth, passport number should be identical to those indicated in your passport you submit for visa

DOCUMENTS

The following documents are to be furnished along with application form for the admission in Undergraduate course:

  • Matriculation certificate(10th Class), showing the date of birth.
  • Certificate and mark-sheet of Intermediate (10+2 or equivalent class).
  • Note: Minimum 50% of Marks are required as eligibility criteria of MCI.
  • Six passport size photographs.
  • Photocopy of Passport (if ready).
  • Medical Certificate with HIV test report from the recognized government hospital/pathological lab/clinic.
  • Eligibility Certificate of Medical Council of concerned country.
  • Birth Certificate

Postgraduate course

  • 10 Class Pass Certificate
  • Attested photocopy of Certificate and mark sheet of MBBS or equivalent exam.
  • Medical Council Registration Certificate.
  • Six passport size photographs.
  • Photocopy of Passport (if ready).
  • Medical Certificate with HIV test report from the recognized government hospital/ pathological lab/clinic.
  • Birth certificate/affidavit

Eligibility

Undergraduate course (for Indian Students ) : As per the part III, Section 4 of the Gazette of India, extra-ordinary issue dated 18.02.2002, an Indian citizen desirous of joining an undergraduate medical course in any foreign medical institution on or after 15th March 2002 shall have Eligibility Certificate issued by Medical Council of India, New Delhi. India. To get the Eligibility certificate a candidate shall be passed 10+2 or equivalent class (biology, physics, chemistry with minimum 50% marks) from a recognized college.

For others citizens as per the rules of concerned country.

Postgraduate course: Graduation in Medical and one year internship from recognized college/university/institution by the Government of concerned country.

VISA

As per the law of Ukrainian Government the student visa is issued by visa section of Embassy of Ukraine only during 15th August to 15th November. The official invitation for studies in Ukraine is provided by Manchester Education on the basis of which Ukraine Embassy issue visa to travel Ukraine.We will provide the guidance and support for visa processing.

Note: The issuing/refusal of Ukrainian visa to the candidate is the sole right of Visa section of Embassy of Ukraine (Ministry of External Affairs of Ukraine). In case of refusal of visa the University or its representatives are not responsible in any way.

Legalization & Translation of Documents

The following documents are to be legalized by the Ministry of Education & Ministry of Foreign Affairs of concerned country and there after they shall be translated into Russian language by the authorized translator of Embassy of Ukraine:

  • Original Certificate & mark sheet of 10th class.
  • Original Certificate & mark sheet of 10+2 or equivalent class.
  • Original Degree of MBBS or equivalent (in case of PG candidates only)

Then the Embassy of Ukraine legalizes the translated version of these documents, which are to be shown Universities along with the legalized original documents at the time of registration.

According to Ukrainian laws, all incoming invited foreign students must be received at the place of arrival in Ukraine by the official representative only.
